Community Commitment

Fortin Construction's commitment to the community is ongoing and often handled in a quiet way by the founder, Don Fortin. Occasionally, one of our donations receives some attention.
Fortin donates 30 acres to local Little League
Like our donation of 30 acres and ball field to the New Gloucester Little League. Fortin Construction and ERA Today Realty combined to donate more than 30 acres abutting a nearby Fortin development. Originally owned privately, Fortin purchased the property and donated the field, making this the only field in Maine owned by the local Little League, creating a long-term home to over 250 youths that participate in this growing community.
Fortin Constructs Dugouts for Lewiston Little League
Fortin Construction helps in the community. Don Fortin spearheaded the plan to build new dugouts for the Lewiston Little League. "It was a matter of safety first," said Don. "And of course, kids love to feel like the pros. I want to thank Chzmar Home Improvement and Hammond Lumber for their help as well."
