We have a number of  land parcels in our inventory that you can choose from, or if you have a parcel of land that you are interested in building on, we can acquire it for you, and then roll it into your construction package.

This saves you from having to get a construction loan during the building process. We finance the amount of the bank's commitment letter throughout construction on your behalf. This allows you to build a new home with the same amount of down payment as you would need to purchase a used one.
